Les op\u00e9rations programm\u00e9es d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019habitat – renouvellement urbain (OPAH RU) de Montreuil et Bagnolet ont confirm\u00e9 la dynamique engag\u00e9e respectivement depuis 2014 et 2015, avec sur chaque secteur pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des immeubles cibl\u00e9s qui ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 et r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des travaux, souvent en plusieurs tranches.<\/p>\n
La Soreqa vise le redressement durable des immeubles, avec un programme de travaux p\u00e9rennes et des actions d\u2019accompagnement des copropri\u00e9taires et conseils syndicaux.<\/p>\n
Une nouvelle OPAH RU d\u00e9marre sur le quartier des Quatre Chemins \u00e0 Pantin, apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9alisation des \u00e9tudes qui ont permis de cibler le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre relevant de l\u2019action incitative ou de l\u2019appropriation publique.<\/p>\n
Le portage de redressement est int\u00e9gr\u00e9 d\u00e8s le d\u00e9marrage de cette op\u00e9ration \u00e0 Pantin. Il est int\u00e9gr\u00e9 par avenant sur les op\u00e9rations de Montreuil et Bagnolet. L\u2019objectif est de disposer d\u2019un levier suppl\u00e9mentaire pour agir sur les immeubles cibl\u00e9s en OPAH, la Soreqa devenant copropri\u00e9taire jusqu\u2019au redressement des copropri\u00e9t\u00e9s.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
